About Interlink Inspection

One principle: find hidden risks before they get expensive

Interlink is an independent mold and asbestos testing company serving Los Angeles, Orange County, and Riverside. We exist to answer one question with evidence: what's actually in your building, and we never sell the removal.

Why Interlink exists

Testing shouldn't come with a sales pitch

Most property risks don't show up on the surface. Mold, asbestos-containing materials, and moisture intrusion live quietly inside walls, ceilings, and floors until a remodel, a sale, or a leak forces the question.

Interlink was founded after years of watching that question get answered by the wrong people: companies whose "free test" existed to sell a removal contract. We built the opposite, an inspection firm with no remediation division, no referral fees, and no reason to find anything that isn't there. The lab decides. We document. You decide what happens next.

Certifications & standards

Credentials you can check yourself

Every claim on this page is verifiable in a public registry. That's the standard we hold ourselves to, and the one you should hold any inspector to.

Cal/OSHA Certified Asbestos Consultant

Formal asbestos surveys and reports are completed or certified by a currently credentialed CAC, as California requires for Rule 1403 work.

Accredited laboratory analysis

Asbestos samples go to an accredited PLM laboratory; mold samples to an accredited microbiology lab. Certificates ship inside every report.

Documented chain of custody

Every sample is logged from the wall it came out of to the lab bench, location, handler, time, so results stand up to permit desks and disputes.

Mission-first leadership

Prevention beats remediation. That's the whole company,

Hasan founded Interlink after years of inspecting properties where hidden conditions had already turned into five-figure problems, and where the "free" testing that missed them had been performed by the company selling the fix. Interlink is his answer: a standards-driven inspection firm that works for homeowners, buyers, investors, and institutions who need accuracy and documentation, not a pitch.
